1. All You Need to Know about Rummyprime

1.7 What is a "Waitlist" in a Tournament?

Waitlist in Rummyprime refers to the number of players waiting to join a tournament. If you are joining a tournament that has no seats left, you will be added to a waiting list. Let’s say you are the 10th player on the waiting list, now, you will be able to join the tournament only when 10 players withdraw from the tournament.

1.8 When does a game of rummy settle?

Pool & Points: Every deal gets settled either when a player wins the deal or after each player has played 25 moves in the current deal, whichever is earlier.

2.2 What are Play Credits

Play Credits is a reward that you get when you Add Cash. You can also get Play Credits through other promotional offers. You can fund up to 100% of a game's Buy-In value through Play Credits.

2.3 How do I get Play Credits?

There are 2 ways to get Play Credits:

Add Cash: You will get Play Credits every time you Add Cash. The amount of Play Credits you get will depend on the offer that will be applicable at that time.

Promotional Offers: You can Play Credits through limited period promotional offers as well..

2.4 How can I benefit from Play Credits?

Play Credits are a great way to enjoy cash games at discounted prices. Let’s suppose you have 100 Play Credits, and the game Buy-in is ₹250. ₹100 of your Buy-in amount will be funded from your Play Credits balance.

2.5 How do I use Play Credits?

If you have Play Credits, they will automatically get applied to give you a discounted Buy-In. When you select a particular table to join, you will see a pop-up which will clearly mention the amount of Play Credits being used.

2.6 Can my Play Credits expire?

Play Credits come with an expiry date of 7 to 30 days depending on the terms and conditions. If left unused, they will be removed from your Rummyprime wallet within the given time.

2.7 What are free games?

3. New GST policy

3.1 How do I deposit the GST amount to the government?

During deposit (Add Cash), Rummyprime will automatically calculate the GST amount. This amount will be submitted to the government on the player's behalf by the Rummyprime. As proof, a GST invoice will be generated and provided to all players. This will be visible and can be downloaded from the Add Cash success screen and the Wallet section.

3.2 In case I request a refund of my deposited value, will my GST amount also get refunded?

As per the GST Law, once the GST gets paid to the government during the deposit, it will not be refunded back to you. However, the balance amount will be returned to the account from where you made the payment.

4. Payment & Withdrawals

4.1 How can I Add Cash to my Rummyprime account?

You can Add Cash by Clicking on the ‘Add Cash’ button, located on the top right corner of the homepage, which will land you on the Add Cash Page where you can enter your amount, select your pack and check/apply coupons.

Once you have completed the steps on the “Add Cash” page, click “Continue” to go to the “Payment Methods” screen.

In this screen, you can select your payment method – UPI, Paytm Wallet, Credit/debit card or net banking to complete your payment.

4.2 Is my money safe on Rummyprime?

4.5 My deposit attempt failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account?

No need to worry about it. We will take care of the deducted amount and you will be provided with a refund shortly. If haven’t received the money yet, please contact your bank directly for updates. Be assured that your money is safe and will be refunded to you within time.

4.6 How does TDS work?

30% TDS is applied to your earnings after deducting your withdrawals from deposits (Net winnings = Total Withdrawals – Total Deposits) within the financial year spanning from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.

4.7 Since I am already paying GST, do I need to pay TDS?

Yes. Whenever applicable, both GST and TDS need to be paid.

• All players will need to start paying GST at the rate of 28% to the government on every deposit (Add Cash) from 1st October 2023 onwards. This is applicable for all players on online money gaming apps.
• TDS is applicable on net winnings during withdrawals and is separate from the GST on Add Cash.

4.8 When does the withdrawn amount get credited into my bank account?

Your winnings are transferred instantly to your bank account or preferred mode of transaction. Now you can withdraw multiple times in a day on Rummyprime 2.0.

4.9 My withdrawal is delayed. What should I do?

If your withdrawal takes more than 3 hours to process, it would be due to some issue with your respective bank. For example, some cooperative banks generally take more time to process. In these cases, the banks ask us to wait for 72 hours (3 working days) before they can give us a definite answer. Be assured we will proactively reach out to the banks for resolution in these cases.

4.10 What should I do if my withdrawal fails?

• If the IFSC code or account details are incorrect, please make sure you enter the right IFSC, bank account number and Account Name.
• Other less common reason is your bank account might be suspended or closed, or you could have reached maximum monthly limits etc.

4.11 What is the withdrawal process on Rummyprime?

Just visit the withdrawal section on the app and simply place a request after entering the withdrawal amount. We process your withdrawal request immediately.

4.12 Can I withdraw my deposit balance?

No, you cannot withdraw your deposit balance. You can only withdraw your withdrawal balance.

4.13 What happens if my withdrawal gets stuck?

Keep calm, your money will always be safe. In case you do not get your money in the account immediately after placing a withdrawal request, we suggest you wait for at least 3 business days. Sometimes, the bank is not able to transfer the money to your account due to server issues. However, in the rare case of your withdrawal getting cancelled for any reason, the money returns to the withdrawal balance on Rummyprime.

5.5 When will my Play Credits expire?

Play Credits have an expiration date of 7 to 30 days depending on the terms and conditions. If left unused, they will be removed from your Rummyprime wallet within the given time.

5.6 How long will I get referral benefits?

You will receive and claim referral benefits within a 30-day period. Any action post 30 days will not be valid.
