Rummyprime Cash Withdrawal Policy

Rummyprime has an instant cash withdrawal policy for all users. Instant withdrawal lets you withdraw your winnings easily in a minute via IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) if your bank has that option.

If your bank does not support the IMPS option, then withdrawals will be processed through NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). Withdrawals are processed on weekends, and bank holidays too.

The cash withdrawal policy on Rummyprime is detailed below:

• You can withdraw your winnings via IMPS or NEFT to your bank account after successfully completing the KYC verification process. Remember that your name on the bank account must match that of the PAN card.
• Your KYC details can be completed on the Rummyprime app in the profile section.
• Post successful verification of KYC, you can raise a withdrawal request through the Rummyprime wallet button.
• You can withdraw the entire amount from the ‘Withdrawal Balance’ section in the Rummyprime wallet. Please note that the ‘Deposit’ balance cannot be withdrawn from the app.
• All withdrawal requests placed on the Rummyprime app are subject to TDS deductions under government rules.
• Once your withdrawal request has been processed, check your bank statement for ‘CASHFREE’ or ‘RAZORPAY’, they are our payment partners.
• All IMPS requests are processed immediately after a withdrawal request is raised. In some cases a delay might occur on the end of your bank, and their processing might take some time. In such a situation the withdrawal might go through later or get reversed. The final status of the transaction takes 3 days to show. If it is reversed, then the amount will be credited back to your Rummyprime wallet.
• Any kind of fraudulent or suspicious activity is monitored on Rummyprime. If a player is having multiple accounts, then the withdrawal requests are subject to clearance.
• Any rewards earned through promotional offers cannot be withdrawn. It can be used for playing more games on the Rummyprime app, and get discounts on cash game tables.
• In case any fraudulent activity or fairplay violation is detected, Rummyprime reserves the right to accept or reject the withdrawal requests.
